i just received my undergraduate degree in environmental economics from the university of rhode island. i am now working as a representative for the navistar estar line of electric commercial trucks at new britain, connecticut based dattco. i have been working with innovative businesses to transition their fleets from gas-guzzling trucks to environmentally responsible electric vehicles. we have a long way to go but it is exciting to be a part of a rapidly evolving and expanding field.
prior to working for dattco, i interned through the department of energy\'s clean cities program which supports alternative fuel vehicle research and implementation. i have also worked for a solar company and several non-profits that address environmental issues.
i believe with ingenuity and creativity, we can solve the world\'s problems.
