jamila o’hara is the program coordinator at planet forward. a firm believer in the power of storytelling, she comes to planet forward with previous work and internship experience in the tv, entertainment marketing, and arts nonprofits worlds. outside of work, jamila enjoys trying new foods and restaurants, catching movies at the theatre, working through her giant to-be-read pile, and trying out new hobbies from crochet to rock climbing. originally from boston, ma, jamila also loves walking & exploring cities and is excited to get to know d.c. better!

fun fact: jamila’s fourth grade class was on tv 3 times for an environmental initiative her teacher started called the catalog cancelling challenge!
